Hoos’ Missouri Royal BBQ
Chef Cory first developed his barbecue sauce as part of the Small Business Development Center’s Culinary Incubator program in 2022. Since then, he’s been working on production and development, as well as bottling and packaging, to make his sauce available for purchase. Hoos’ Missouri Royal BBQ Sauce is now ready to find its way to your dining room table!
Bottles are currently available for purchase in-person at the Culinary Clinic or from Chef Cory himself. The goal is to have MRB for sale in grocery stores, local markets, and online.
